Welcome to MatchTrip. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MatchTrip, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
MatchTrip is a 2026 international football tournament trip planning application that helps users organize multi-city travel itineraries around match schedules. Our services include:
- Match selection and itinerary building across tournament host cities in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
- Route optimization based on user preferences for cost, travel time, or convenience.
- Real-time flight price searches and indicative pricing for travel segments.
- Ticket Radar, which monitors publicly available ticket prices from independent third-party marketplaces and alerts you to changes.
- Trip sharing and collaboration features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the service without prior written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its data without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MatchTrip, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MatchTrip and are protected by intellectual property laws. Tournament trademarks and match data are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written consent.
6. Pricing and Booking Disclaimer
All flight prices and travel costs displayed in MatchTrip are indicative and subject to change. Prices are retrieved from third-party providers and may vary based on availability, timing, and other factors. MatchTrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any pricing shown. Final prices are determined at the time of booking through the respective travel provider. MatchTrip is not a travel agency and does not sell tickets or bookings directly.
7. Ticket Radar and Third-Party Marketplaces
MatchTrip's Ticket Radar feature monitors publicly available ticket listings and pricing from independent third-party ticket marketplaces, including Ticombo, Gametime, and Viagogo, and may include additional marketplaces in the future. These marketplaces are independent businesses that are not owned, operated, or controlled by MatchTrip.
MatchTrip does not sell, resell, fulfill, or guarantee any tickets, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a marketplace. Ticket prices, availability, seat details, and fees displayed in Ticket Radar are indicative, are sourced from the marketplaces, and may change or become unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.
MatchTrip participates in affiliate or referral programs with these marketplaces and may earn a commission or referral fee when you follow a link from the app and complete a purchase on the marketplace. Participating in these programs does not increase the price you pay.
All ticket transactions occur entirely on the third-party marketplace's own platform (its website or app), not inside MatchTrip. No purchase, payment, or commission is processed through Apple's in-app purchase or any other Apple payment mechanism. In line with Apple's guidelines, the links we provide simply direct you to the marketplace, where any purchase is governed by that marketplace's own terms of service and policies. Any issues with an order — including payment, delivery, refunds, cancellations, or disputes — must be resolved directly with the marketplace.
8. Limitation of Liability
MatchTrip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchTrip disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to pricing inaccuracies, missed flights, itinerary changes, and any other travel-related issues.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of MatchTrip after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
